SENATE BILL NO. 195 BY SENATOR ZHAROFF, entitled:                              
                                                                               
"An Act extending the deadline by which a taxpayer                            
may claim a fisheries business tax credit for the                              
taxpayer's contributions to the A. W. Winn Brindle                             
memorial scholarship account; and providing for an
